Having a job at The Waubic is more than just becoming part of a crew, it's becoming part of a family with friends who last a lifetime. What started as a small family business has turned into an energetic and busy establishment with everyday being a new and exciting one. 

When you join our team you are not only signing up for a summer job, but for a unique experience at a restaurant located quite literally on top of the water! Spend your breaks catching some rays of sun, jumping in the water or taking one of the kayaks out for a spin. During your shifts you are sure to see some pretty cool boats, planes and sometimes even amphibious cars heading to our docks to catch a bite to eat. With yearly events like Jaws Night, Spa Day and Cardboard Boat Races, our crew members are eager to help out and engage in the many fun opportunities to meet new people. 

While we sure like to have our fun, we are committed to working hard and giving our best every shift to ensure we are providing the best experience and service for our guests. Our fast paced and busy place encompasses our motto of if you 'work hard' you can 'play hard'. You can often catch our staff after a hard days work sitting on the patio catching the last set of the live music for the night watching the sunset on the water. 

We take pride in our awesome team and like to treat them with fun staff days to thank them for all their hard work and dedication.
